Frequently Asked Questions
Shipping, Lead Time & Customs

Spot: typically 3–7 business days after payment clears.

Pre-order/Batch: ships in the batch window shown on the product page.

Express air (DHL/UPS/FedEx), air freight, or sea freight for pallets/containers. We can also ship directly to a datacenter/host.

Unless stated DDP, the buyer is responsible for import taxes/duties. We’ll provide commercial invoices and packing lists.

Insurance is optional but strongly recommended. Request it with your quote.

Warranty, Returns & RMA
  • New miners: manufacturer warranty (commonly 6–12 months, model-dependent).

  • Refurbished/used: store warranty (e.g., 30–90 days) on hashboards/PSU—see product page.

Physical damage, voltage spikes, liquid corrosion, unauthorized firmware/over-clocking, missing serial stickers, and immersion without prior approval.

Open a support ticket with order number, serial number(s), issue description, logs/video. We provide an RMA address and instructions. Do not ship without an RMA number.

Mining hardware is B2B capital equipment and sold final sale. Returns are only accepted for DOA units reported within 72 hours of delivery; replacements/repairs are provided per warranty.

Compliance & Authenticity

We source from manufacturers and vetted partners. Serial numbers can be verified; photos/videos prior to shipment on request for bulk orders.

Models typically carry CE/FCC and manufacturer safety labels. Always use appropriate breakers, cables, and surge protection.

Check local rules for noise, zoning, and power. You’re responsible for compliance in your jurisdiction.

It depends on the algorithm:

  • SHA-256 miners: BTC, BCH, BSV, etc.

  • ETHash / ETC / Kaspa / Scrypt, etc., require different machine families. Always match algorithm to coin.

Expect normal variance (e.g., ±5%) per manufacturer specs, influenced by temperature, firmware, and power quality.

Most new units include a matching PSU. Refurbished/used listings may vary—check the product page.

Most models require 200–240V AC. Check the Watt rating and size your circuit accordingly (typical rule: circuit ≥ 125% of continuous load). Three-phase distribution is common for multi-rack setups.

Air-cooled ASICs are ~70–90 dB(A)—not suitable for quiet home environments without dedicated sound-damping and ventilation.

Stable Ethernet with ~1–5 Mbps per site is sufficient. Static IP is not required. Avoid high-latency Wi-Fi.

Typical air-cooled range 5–35 °C, <65% RH, low dust. Keep good intake/exhaust airflow; clean filters/fans regularly.

Many models support immersion with approved dielectric fluid and proper PSUs. Immersion may affect warranty—check with us first.

Connect power + Ethernet → find IP (DHCP) → log in to miner dashboard → set pool URL / worker name / wallet → apply → monitor hashrate/temps.

Yes—quick start guides, remote support, and paid on-site deployment for large installs.

We recommend official firmware unless you understand the risks. Third-party/autotuning firmware can void warranty; use at your own risk.

Important notices

  • No financial advice: Mining profitability is market-dependent; do your own research.
